Meet Our Certified Personal Trainer, Heather
Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer whose passion is knee friendly fitness and is committed to guiding you on your fitness journey. With various training methods and a passion for helping others, she is here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
Heather was diagnosed with Patella Femoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS) at a young age. With chronic knee pain, she was in and out of Physical Therapy for years. But after going to Physical Therapy several times, she learned how to manage her knee pain, to live a pain-free and active lifestyle. She doesn't let her knees hold back her lifestyle. She loves to snowboard, hike, backpack, rock climb, mountain bike, swim, and so much more.
Now, she wants to share what she has learned to help others maintain an active lifestyle and achieve their health and fitness goals! What motivates Heather to move?
Heather loves to snowboard, hike, swim, rock climb, bike, paddleboard, backpack, and more!
This motivates her to exercise regularly to manage her knees and not let them hold her back from being able to do the sports and recreational activities that she loves.
