This is the first program in a 4-series program: Strong Knees 101: Building Your Foundation Strong Knees 201: Building Your Base Strong Knees 301: Building Your Strength Strong Knees 401: Building Your Power Strong Knees 101 will focus on strengthening the stabilizing muscles around the ankles, knees, and hips and potentially reduce your knee pain. From there, the rest of the series will build on this essential foundation. Join this 8-week program for two weekly lower body, knee friendly, low impact, stabilization and strength focused workouts! Workouts will be around 45min-1hr long each. In addition, a bonus core workout will be released weekly! Core is an essential foundation to whole body stabilization. This course is self-paced with weekly videos to complete on your own time. Plus, the program includes weekly coach check-ins, progress updates, and access to a Personal Trainer for any questions that you may have.
