Are you looking for a knee friendly workout program? Are you afraid or tired of workouts that are not truly low impact or knee friendly? Are you looking to continue improving on your fitness journey? Did you complete Strong Knees 101 and 201? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then Strong Knees 301: Building Your Strength is the perfect program for you! This is the third program in a 4-series program: Strong Knees 101: Building Your Foundation Strong Knees 201: Building Your Base Strong Knees 301: Building Your Strength Strong Knees 401: Building Your Power Strong Knees 301 will focus on building strength for your ankles, knees, hips, and core. It will build off of the foundation created from Strong Knees 101 and 201, and continues to progress building strength through resistance and cardio. This will help build your strength so that you can be strong in your activities, whether it's hiking, climbing skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, trail running, or anything else! Join this 6-week program for lower body, knee friendly, low impact, strength focused workouts! Each week will include a lower body, core, and cardio workouts and each workout will be around 45-60min long. This course is self-paced with weekly videos to complete on your own time.
