The Total Performance Program combines all of the benefits of the Strong Knees series into a 16-week workout program. Strong Knees 101: Building Your Foundation Strong Knees 201: Building Your Base Strong Knees 301: Building Your Strength Strong Knees 401: Building Your Power Strong Knees - Total Performance Program is a program includes modifications so that everyone - from beginner to advance - can join! This program will focus on building your stabilization, endurance, strength, and power for your ankles, knees, hips, and core. This will help you advance in your activities, whether it's hiking, climbing skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, trail running, golfing, playing with your grandkids or anything else! Join this 16-week program for lower body, knee friendly, low impact, strength focused workouts! Each week will include a lower body, core, and cardio workouts and each workout will be around 45-60min long. This course is self-paced with weekly videos to complete on your own time. Plus, the program includes weekly coach check-ins, progress updates, and access to a Personal Trainer for any questions that you may have.
