About the event
Join us for a four-part series on how to strengthen your knees for the 2025-2026 skiing and snowboarding season! The sessions will be hosted by Heather. She is the owner of Motivated By Movement, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), a Certified Snowboard Instructor (AASI I), and a Performance Enhancement Specialist for athletes.

Session #1: Pre-Season Preparation
Ever curious what to do before the season even starts? Join us to learn about pre-season injury prevention and how to build strength and power for the season. Now is the time to start preparing for the 2025/2026 season - as we are just 12 weeks away!
Session #2: In-Season Maintenance
Interested in how to maintain your strength, remain injury free, and properly recover throughout the season? Join us to learn about in-season maintenance, parking lot warm ups, post-shredding recovery, and more.
