If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then Strong Knees 201: Building Your Base is the perfect program for you! This is the second program in a 4-series program: Strong Knees 101: Building Your Foundation Strong Knees 201: Building Your Base Strong Knees 301: Building Your Strength Strong Knees 401: Building Your Power Strong Knees 201 will focus on strength endurance for your ankles, knees, hips, and core. It will build off of the foundation created from Strong Knees 101 and continue to progress building strength and cardio endurance. This will help to prepare you to sustain in your activities and build strength in the future. Join this 6-week program for a lower body, knee friendly, low impact, stabilization and strength focused workout! Each week will include a lower body, core, and cardio workout. Each workout will be around 45-60min long. This course is self-paced with weekly videos to complete on your own time. Plus, the program includes weekly coach check-ins, progress updates, and access to a Personal Trainer for any questions that you may have.
