​​The Personalized Performance Plan is designed for individuals who want clarity, direction, and a customized strategy tailored to their goals.

During your session, we’ll complete a movement and performance assessment, discuss your goals (hiking, skiing, strength, longevity, performance, etc.), and identify what your body needs to progress safely and effectively.
 
You’ll receive a customized training plan built specifically for you — with clear structure, progression, and purpose.
 
And if you’d like continued support, monthly check-ins are available to update and refine your program as you improve.
 
  • Tier 1: Ideal for self-motivated individuals who want expert programming and clear structure. (If you decide within two weeks that you’d like ongoing support, you can apply your plan toward Tier. 2)

  • Tier 2: Ideal for those who want accountability, progression, and ongoing guidance.
